Jinxed!

Bette Midler plays Bonita Friml, a lounge singer and Harold's wife, in this comedy film about her scheme to have her domineering husband killed after she falls for a young blackjack dealer named Willie Brodax, played by Ken Wahl. Rip Torn stars as Harold Benson, the cigar-smoking gambler with a jinx that keeps him winning against Willie. As Bonita and Willie's plan unfolds, they must navigate Willie's initial hesitation to help with the murder plot, Willie's eventual success in breaking the jinx, and the unexpected twists and turns that follow.
