Home of the Brave

Home of the Brave follows four Army National Guard soldiers in Iraq and their return to the United States after a life-changing ambush. The film explores the struggles of Sergeant Vanessa Price (Jessica Biel), who loses her hand and must adapt to civilian life; Private Jordan Owens (Chad Michael Murray), whose PTSD symptoms lead to his death at the hands of police; Lieutenant Colonel Dr. William Marsh (Samuel L. Jackson), who grapples with self-destructive behavior and PTSD, causing tension within his family; and Specialist Jamal Aiken (Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson), who is haunted by a traumatic event and struggles to find support for his physical injuries.
