Nell

Nell is a young hermit woman who has been raised by her mother in isolation after suffering the loss of her loved one. A small town doctor, Dr. Lovell (Liam Neeson), discovers Nell and seeks assistance from psychologist Dr. Paula Olsen (Natasha Richardson) to understand her unique language and condition. As they form a tentative friendship with Nell, Jerry and Paula work together to help her navigate the outside world, confronting fears of rape and evildoers, and eventually introducing her to society.
