Lily, a teenage girl, flees from a global gender war and finds herself at a hidden place where she meets a strange unicorn and a family, including her namesake sisters Brother Lily (Joe Dallesandro) and Sister Lily (Alexandra Stewart). The household is inhabited by Therese Giehse as Old Lady, who communicates with the outside world through her radio. As Lily navigates this surreal reality, she experiences events that blur reality and fantasy.
