Napoleon Solo (Robert Vaughn) and Illya Kuryakin (David McCallum), secret agents of U.N.C.L.E., investigate the mysterious disappearances of fellow agent Robert Kingsley and European general Maximilian Harmon, leading them to the Himalayas, where they uncover a plot by Kingsley to build a mind-controlling gas device with the help of five world-renowned scientists.
