Paul Kersey (Charles Bronson), haunted by nightmares of his past as a vigilante, seeks revenge against the Los Angeles drug trade after his girlfriend's daughter Erica dies from an overdose at an arcade. Following the trail of clues and violence, Paul is recruited by tabloid publisher Nathan White (John P. Ryan) to take down crime figures led by Ed Zacharias, Jack and Tony Romero, and Ferrari.
