John P. Ryan
Biography
John P. Ryan was born on July 30, 1936 in New York City to Irish immigrant parents, graduating from Rice High School and studying English at the City College of New York. He served six years in the US Army before pursuing an acting career, making his film debut in the 1967 comedy "The Tiger Makes Out" opposite Jack Nicholson. Ryan appeared in numerous films, including "Five Easy Pieces," "It's Alive," and "Runaway Train," showcasing his versatility as a character actor.
