"Candy Mountain" follows Julius (Kevin J. O'Connor), a struggling guitarist who embarks on a quest to find the elusive guitar maker Elmore Silk in Canada after promising a rock star he can locate him. Along his journey, Julius encounters various musicians and people claiming to have known Silk, gaining insight into the enigmatic figure's character.
