Batman: Mask of the Phantasm follows Bruce Wayne / Batman (Kevin Conroy) as he reconciles with his former lover Andrea Beaumont (Dana Delany), who has returned to Gotham from Europe. Meanwhile, a mysterious vigilante known as the Phantasm (Stacy Keach) begins to hunt down Gotham's crime bosses, wrongly implicating Batman in the murders. As Batman navigates this new threat and his complicated relationship with Andrea, he must also confront the Joker (Mark Hamill), who is working to uncover the identity of the Phantasm.
