Robert Griffin (Jon Hall), a fugitive and madman, seeks revenge on his former partner Sir Jasper Herrick and his family after being left for dead in Africa. He discovers that his former partner has lost the diamond mine they discovered together and is now living in luxury. Seeking revenge, Robert teams up with Dr. Peter Drury (John Carradine), a scientist who can turn people invisible, to exact his revenge on the Herricks.
