Cyril Delevanti
Biography
Harry Cyril Delevanti was an English character actor and drama coach who emigrated to the United States in 1921. He appeared in over 170 productions, including notable roles in "The Night of the Iguana" (1964), for which he received a Golden Globe nomination, and films such as "Black Eye" (1974) and "Counterpoint" (1967). Delevanti's diverse career spanned stage, film, and coaching, with stints as artistic director in Houston.
