Richard Kiel was a towering American actor and voice artist, best known for his iconic roles as Jaws in James Bond films The Spy Who Loved Me (1977) and Moonraker (1979), and Mr. Larson in Happy Gilmore (1996). Standing 7 feet 3 inches tall, he frequently played intimidating strongmen or gentle giants. A lifelong advocate for charitable causes, Kiel was married to Diane Rogers from 1974 until his death in 2014; they had four children and nine grandchildren.
