Biography

Michiko Saga was a Japanese actress born on March 1, 1935, to Isuzu Yamada and Ichirō Tsukita. She debuted in 1952 as嵯峨美智子, later changing her name to瑳峨三智子, and gained popularity for her provocative style and acting talent. Saga's career was marked by tumultuous personal struggles, including a marred romance with actor Okada Masachim and her own struggles with addiction; she died on August 19, 1992, at age 57.
