Colea Răutu was a Romanian actor born in Bălți on November 18, 1912. He made notable appearances in the western film Apachen, the prize-winning film Răscoala, and the Romanian TV series Toate pînzele sus. Răutu received several awards for his work, including the "Silver Prize" at the 1960 Moscow International Film Festival and the "Golden Palm" nomination at the 1957 Cannes Film Festival.
