He appeared in notable roles such as Tony Montana's lawyer George Sheffield in Scarface (1983), Tex Conway in Robot Jox (1989), and Frank Foley in the short-lived drama series Almost Grown. Alldredge also had guest spots in popular TV shows like ER, The Bob Newhart Show, and All in the Family before his passing from lung cancer at 56 in 1997.
