Alexander Lockwood

Biography

Alexander Lockwood was born in Slezská Ostrava, Czech Republic, on May 5, 1902, and immigrated to the United States at a young age. He began his acting career in film in 1938, appearing in notable roles such as Jim Kendon in "Edge of Eternity" (1959) and an old man in Car in "Duel" (1971). Lockwood continued to work in films throughout the decades, with his final role in "Romantic Comedy" (1983), before passing away at 87 in 1990.
