Romantic Comedy

In this 1983 American romantic comedy, Dudley Moore plays Jason Kramer, a struggling playwright in need of inspiration. He finds it in Phoebe Craddock, a small-town English teacher with big dreams, when they meet on the eve of his wedding to wealthy socialite Allison St. James. Over the course of nine years, they form a professional partnership, producing a string of hits and misses, while navigating their complicated relationships and desires for each other.
