Duel

Traveling salesman David Mann (Dennis Weaver) encounters a dilapidated tanker truck in the Mojave Desert and is relentlessly chased by its mostly unseen driver, who becomes increasingly aggressive and threatening as their high-speed cat-and-mouse game unfolds. Mann's attempts to escape are thwarted at every turn, leading him to stop for help at various roadside locations before finally facing off against his pursuer in a desperate bid for survival.
