Tony Beckley

Biography

Derek Anthony Beckley was a British actor who graduated from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and went on to establish a career in film and television throughout the 1960s and 1970s. He was known for his villainous roles, as well as appearances in numerous stage productions, including "Get Carter" and "When a Stranger Calls". His final film appearance was in "When a Stranger Calls", released just before his death from cancer at age 50.
