Yōko Mihara

Biography

Yōko Mihara was a Japanese actress and pin-up model active from the 1950s to 1970s. She gained prominence with her lead role in Teruo Ishii's 1957 film Nude Actress Murder Case: Five Criminals, followed by starring roles in Toei films such as Cannibal Ama and Abashiri Prison yakuza series. Mihara became a staple of the studio's "pinky violence" subgenre by the early 1970s.
