Frank S. Ferguson was a prolific American character actor born on December 25, 1899, in Ferndale, California. He made his film debut in 1939's Gambling on the High Seas and went on to appear in nearly 200 feature films and hundreds of TV episodes throughout his career. Notable roles include Gus Broeberg in My Friend Flicka and Deacon Matt Holmes in Terror in a Texas Town.
