Leonard Strong

Biography

Leonard Clarence Strong was a prolific American character actor specializing in playing Asian roles, beginning with Little Tokyo, U.S.A. in 1942. He gained notoriety for his role as "The Claw" on Get Smart and his haunting portrayal of the title character in The Twilight Zone episode "The Hitch-Hiker." Strong's extensive film career included notable roles in Dragon Seed, Shane, and Alfred Hitchcock Presents, among others.
