Noriko Hidaka is a Japanese actress, voice actress, singer, and narrator born on May 31, 1962, in the Kudan area of Tokyo, Japan. She began her career as an idol star before transitioning to voice acting, employed by talent management firm 81 Produce until 2006. Notable roles include Masumi Sera in "Detective Conan: The Scarlet Bullet" and Professor Ursula/Shiny Chariot in "Little Witch Academia."
