Dorothy Tristan was an American actress and screenwriter, known for her roles in films such as "Klute", "Down and Out in Beverly Hills", and "Scarecrow". She also co-wrote several films, including "Steal the Sky" and "Weeds". A model before her acting career, Tristan started her life with a marriage to Aram Avakian, whom she divorced in 1972. She passed away at 88 due to complications from Alzheimer's disease.
