Paul Higgins

Biography

Paul Higgins is a Scottish actor known for his roles in British television series such as The Thick of It, Utopia, and Line of Duty. Born in Lanarkshire, Scotland, he trained to be a priest before pursuing an acting career. Higgins has also written a play, "Nobody Will Ever Forgive Us", which was performed at the Traverse Theatre in Edinburgh. He is married to actress Amelia Bullmore.
