Herbert Heyes was a talented American actor born in Vader, Washington, whose career spanned from 1915 to 1956. He appeared in nearly 100 films, including the beloved holiday classic Miracle on 34th Street, where he played an iconic role as Gimbel's Department Store owner Mr. Gimbel. With notable performances in Ruby Gentry and Bedtime for Bonzo, Heyes established himself as a versatile actor of his time. He passed away in North Hollywood, California, in 1958.
