Thomas Schubert

Biography

Thomas Schubert, born on August 15, 1993, in Vienna, Austria, rose to prominence through his role in the Austrian feature film Breathing (2011). The son of a dental technician and a teacher, he pursued acting after dropping out of gymnasium in his final year. He made his amateur acting debut at 17, landing the lead role in Breathing after director Karl Markovics chose an untrained actor to play an 18-year-old character.
