As a child actress, she had early appearances in small roles on television shows such as Monk (2006) and Heroes (2007). Shikpa's breakthrough and most widely-known role is as Sally Draper in Mad Men (2007 - 2015). She also had starring television roles as the voice of Jinora in The Legend of Korra (2012 - 2014), and Sabrina Spellman in Chilling Adventures of Sabrina (2018 - 2020) and Riverdale (2021 - 2022). She has starred in films including The Blackcoat’s Daughter (2015), Wildflower (2022), and Totally Killer (2023), followed by Twisters, Longlegs, Red One, Sweethearts, and The Last Showgirl (all in 2024).
