Kellie Martin is an American actress and producer born on October 16, 1975. She began her acting career at age 7 with a guest spot on the series Father Murphy and gained recognition for her roles in A Pup Named Scooby-Doo, Life Goes On, and ER. Her distinctive voice also contributed to notable animated series. Martin has since become known for her starring role as Hailey Dean in the Hailey Dean Mysteries franchise.
