Pedro Armendáriz
Biography
Pedro Armendáriz was a Mexican actor born in Churubusco, Mexico City, to a Mexican father and an American mother. He studied engineering at California Polytechnic State University before transitioning into acting. A renowned film star in Mexico, he went on to costar in over 80 Hollywood films, earning two Ariel Awards for Best Actor for his roles in "The Pearl" (1948) and "Soledad's Shawl" (1952).
