Thelma Alice Todd was an American actress born on July 29, 1906, in Lawrence, Massachusetts. She appeared in over 120 films between 1926 and 1935, showcasing her comedic talent in roles opposite ZaSu Pitts in Marx Brothers' Monkey Business and Horse Feathers, and alongside Buster Keaton and Jimmy Durante in Speak Easily. Her film career included dramas like The Maltese Falcon, but was cut short by her tragic death at age 29.
