Duck Soup

In this sidesplitting 1933 film, Groucho Marx stars as Rufus T. Firefly, the newly installed president of the fictional country of Freedonia, who declares war on neighboring Sylvania over his affections for wealthy widow Mrs. Teasdale. Chico and Harpo Marx portray inept spies for Sylvania, while Zeppo plays Firefly's secretary in this pre-Code musical comedy masterpiece that marked the final film of the Marx Brothers' five-picture deal with Paramount Pictures.
