Putney Swope

Putney Swope, voiced by Arnold Johnson, is the only black man on the executive board of an advertising firm and becomes the accidental head after the death of the chairman. He renames the business "Truth and Soul, Inc." and replaces most white employees with black ones, causing a stir in the industry. The film showcases Swope's eccentric leadership style as he fires employees, creates ads for various products, and clashes with government officials over censorship.
