Tunes of Glory

In the aftermath of World War II, a strict and temperamental Lieutenant Colonel Basil Barrow replaces the boisterous Major Jock Sinclair as the commanding officer of a Highland regimental battalion. Sinclair undermines Barrow's authority, leading to a power struggle that ultimately ends in tragedy. As Barrow tries to regain the discipline and respect of his battalion, he faces an uphill battle against Sinclair's sabotage. The film follows the events leading up to Barrow's untimely death and the guilt-ridden Sinclair's downward spiral.
