The Glimmer Man

Steven Seagal as Jack Cole, a former CIA operative, is a renowned stealth expert known as the "Glimmer Man," who must now work with partner Keenen Ivory Wayans' Jim Campbell, a tough-talking detective, to track down a serial killer known as the "Family Man" whose victims, including Cole's ex-wife, turn out to be connected to a conspiracy involving terrorism, organized crime, and a powerful crime boss, Frank Deverell, played by Bob Gunton.
