Go for Broke!

The film follows the training of a platoon under Lt. Michael Grayson, who initially holds common prejudices against the Japanese-American volunteers of the 442nd Infantry Regiment, composed of Nisei soldiers. As the 442nd distinguishes themselves in skirmishes and battles in Italy and France, Grayson's prejudices evaporate, replaced by respect for his men.
