Good Bye Lenin!

The film "Good Bye, Lenin!" is a 2003 German tragicomedy directed by Wolfgang Becker. The story follows Alex Kerner as he tries to protect his mother Christiane from the shocking truth about the fall of the Berlin Wall and the collapse of Communism in East Germany. After she falls into a coma in October 1989, Alex and his sister Ariane concoct a plan to conceal the changes, but the deception becomes increasingly complicated as Christiane begins to awaken.
