Capturing Mary

A young woman, Mary Gilbert (Maggie Smith), ushers an older version of herself into a dark exploration of her past, revealing a sinister encounter with Greville White (David Walliams), a social climber with a malevolent influence on her life. The drama follows Mary's descent into despair and alcoholism as she recounts her memories of the 1950s and 1960s soirees she attended at the house, where she met Greville, who uses his influence to destroy her life.
