Mr. No Legs

Mr. No Legs is a 1978 action drama film about a double amputee, Ted Vollrath (as Mr. No Legs), who oversees a drug syndicate and must protect his operation from law enforcement after one of his dealers accidentally kills his girlfriend's brother, a cop. Character actor Lloyd Bochner plays D'Angelo, a Florida drug kingpin, while Richard Jaeckel stars alongside Ron Slinker as Chuck, a policeman investigating the case.
