The Black Castle

Richard Greene stars as Sir Ronald Burton, alias Richard Beckett, a British gentleman investigating the disappearance of his two friends at the sinister Austrian estate of Count von Bruno, played by Stephen McNally. The count's henchman, Gargon, played by Lon Chaney Jr., bars the way, while the well-meaning castle physician, Dr. Meissen, played by Boris Karloff, attempts to aid Burton.
