Stephen McNally was a prolific American actor known for his tough-guy roles in Westerns and action films. Before pursuing acting, he was an attorney at Fordham University School of Law and later became president of the Catholic Actors Guild. He made his mark on screen with notable roles in "The Man from Bitter Ridge" (1955), "Violent Saturday" (1955), and "Hell Bent for Leather" (1960).
