Un garibaldino al convento

A 1942 Italian historical comedy drama romantic film, "Un garibaldino al convento" tells the story of a grandmother, Caterinetta Bellelli (Carla Del Poggio), who recounts her youth at the convent of Santa Rossana, where she and her rival, Mariella Dominiani (María Mercader), had a dramatic encounter with a wounded Garibaldi soldier, Count Amidei (Leonardo Cortese), who was being hid on the grounds.
