Paris Blues

During the 1960s, two American jazz musicians living in Paris meet and fall in love with two American tourist girls and must decide between music and love. Characterized by its exploration of themes such as racism and acceptance, Ram Bowen (Paul Newman) and Eddie Cook (Sidney Poitier), both jazz musicians, navigate their relationships with Connie Lampson (Diahann Carroll) and Lillian Corning (Joanne Woodward). The film features performances by Louis Armstrong and explores the experiences of African Americans living in Paris compared to those in the United States.
