Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones

Ten years after the Battle of Naboo, the Galactic Republic is threatened by a Separatist movement consisting of star systems and planets in the outer rim seceding from the republic that has been organized by Count Dooku, a former Jedi Master turned Sith Lord who mentored Qui-Gon Jinn. Former Queen turned Senator Padmé Amidala travels to Coruscant to vote against a motion to create an army to assist the Jedi against the growing menace. After narrowly avoiding an assassination attempt from bounty hunter Zam Wessell upon arrival, she is placed under the protection of Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi and his Padawan apprentice Anakin Skywalker. As the galaxy teeters on the brink of civil war, Obi-Wan investigates a mysterious plot into the heart of the Separatist movement, while Anakin develops a secret romance with Amidala, leading to a new threat: the Clone Wars.
