Johnny Handsome

In the dark and gritty neo-noir "Johnny Handsome," Mickey Rourke stars as John Sedley, aka Johnny Handsome, a career criminal with a severely disfigured face who is given a new face by a kindly doctor to start anew in society. Behind his new identity, however, lies a burning desire for revenge against the man who killed his mentor and sent him to prison, setting off a violent and destructive path that exposes the true nature of this complex and troubled individual.
