In "Fear City," Tom Berenger and Billy Dee Williams star as Matt Rossi, a former boxer turned mob-connected nightclub promoter, and Al Wheeler, a fiercely driven police detective, respectively, who team up to investigate a brutal serial killer targeting strippers in Manhattan. The title references the Fear City pamphlets distributed by the New York Police Department.
