Andy Hardy's Private Secretary

Mickey Rooney plays Andy Hardy, a high school graduate who flunks his English exam despite having his own private secretary, Kathryn Land (Kathryn Grayson), to help him with his studies. His father, Judge Hardy (Lewis Stone), hires her after learning that she is from a poor family. The film follows their efforts to overcome the setback and allow both Andy and Kathryn to graduate on time.
