Gorgo

In 1961, a monumental mistake was made in capturing an underwater volcanic eruption's fury, unleashing a gargantuan prehistoric monster upon the world. Two treasure hunters, Joe Ryan and Sam Slade, capitalize on their luck by exhibiting the creature, Gorgo, in London, unaware that they've merely played into the hands of its exponentially larger mother, who will stop at nothing to avenge her offspring's capture.
