The People That Time Forgot

In this action-adventure sci-fi film, Major Ben McBride leads a rescue expedition to Antarctica in search of his missing friend Bowen Tyler. Upon landing on the island of Caprona, they find themselves in a world inhabited by primitive warriors and terrifying prehistoric creatures, including dinosaurs, pterodactyls, and cave women. With the help of a cave-girl named Ajor, who can speak English, McBride's party must evade the island's deadly inhabitants to survive and escape back to their ship before it erupts into volcanic chaos, forcing them to confront their greatest danger yet - the evil Nargas warriors.
