Two Weeks in Another Town

Kirk Douglas stars as Jack Andrus, a washed-up actor struggling to find redemption after spending three years in an asylum, in this 1962 drama directed by Vincente Minnelli. After being offered a minor assignment from his old director in Rome, Andrus must navigate the decadent Hollywood on the Tiber era and confront his own personal demons, including infidelity, alcoholism, and aging. As he tries to complete the film with his struggling team, he finds himself at odds with his director's wife Clara and his own fading star status.
